Dr. Harrington has agreed to once again assist Gulfview Middle with this important task.
Please complete all forms of the player pack that you got today and turn in to Coach Andrea or Coach Sarah on Friday. If you get your paperwork turned in ....
FRIDAY, January 11th, there will be FREE physicals from 4-5pm in the Gulfview Clinic (near the front office). SO AWESOME!
We will need two volunteers to assist with this process - keeping the kids orderly, paperwork help for Dr. Harrington, etc. Please get back to me if you are available and willing.
(Reminder: If they played in the fall and turned in a physical at that time, they do not need to do this again).
